You acknowledge that virtual sessions may experience delays or interruptions, and you are responsible for having working technology. What The Halo is not liable for issues arising from the client’s connection. If a disruption occurs on our end, the session will be rescheduled.

Natalie reserves the right to immediately end any session without refund if a client engages in threatening, abusive, manipulative, or disrespectful behavior or violates personal or energetic boundaries.
