Please don't send any soiled items. Items must be prewashed any unwashed items will be returned at your cost.
How to Send Clothing for Your Freddy Bear
Once you place your order, you’ll receive a follow-up email with the next steps but here’s a quick overview so you know what to expect:
1. Choose the Clothing
Select the item (or items) that hold the most meaning to you or your loved one. Common choices include a shirt, pajama top, sweater, or dress. I treat every item with love, respect, and care.
2. Package the Clothing
Fold the clothing neatly and place it in a clean, sealable bag (like a large Ziploc) to protect it during transit. Then, place that bag inside a padded envelope or small mailing box.
If you’re sending more than one item, label them.
3. Local drop off is available! If you choose this option please select this at the bottom
4. Shipping the Item
After you place your order, I’ll email you the exact shipping address. You can ship your clothing through Canada Post, USPS, or your local post office at your own convenience. Please include your order number and full name inside the package so I can match it to your order right away.
4. Once It Arrives
As soon as your package arrives, I’ll send a confirmation email so you know it’s safely with me. I’ll then begin the design process, gently connecting with the energy of your loved one while planning your Freddy Bear.
You’ll receive an email once complete, your finished bear will be shipped securely to you with tracking.

Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks from the time I receive your clothing. Each Freddy Bear is made by hand, with care and intention, ensuring that your keepsake is perfect in every detail. If you need a rush order please let me know and I will offer you options of rush shipping.
